UWG4/AWG4/UDG4: The thermostat doesn’t heat when it is supposed to

• 1. Press ≡, top right corner
  • 1.1. Press "Installer settings"
  • 1.2. Press ▶, bottom right corner
  • 1.3. Press "Floor protection"
  • Possible solution:

    Check if the temperature limit settings, prevents the thermostat from heating when it is supposed to.

  • Note: This can happen if the maximum temperature is below the set point.

    If "Custom" is chosen, make sure that maximum temperature is above the set point as well.
